Refund Policy:

I understand that if I need to cancel prior to the training’s beginning, my Registration Fee is refundable up to 1 week prior to the start of the training (minus a $50.00 processing fee). Alternatively, I can apply the full amount I’ve paid to any other training sponsored by Andreas NLP (no processing fee withheld).

Promotions:

I agree not to use this training to promote any other products, trainings, or services.

Confidentiality of Training Session Recordings:

I agree not to use this training to promote any other products, trainings, or services.

Recordings:

I understand each training session will be video recorded, so that participants can review a session during the course of the training. I give permission for Andreas NLP to video-record any group participation I may make in this training, for this purpose. (Note that the paired exercise experiences will be private and not be recorded.) There is some chance that all or parts of the video recordings could be used to create learning materials. I give permission for Andreas NLP to utilize these recordings for learning materials, including streaming video teaching programs, or other formats. (Note that in the event the video material would be utilized for learning materials beyond this training class, requests to omit a small specific portion of the video involving you would be honored, as long as we can do so without significantly compromising the presentation of the material.) No other recording will be allowed.

Agreement Regarding the Training Videos:

I understand that the video recordings of this training, and other videos made available as part of this training, are for my individual use only, and I will not share them with anyone outside the training group.

Agreement Regarding Viewing Training Recordings:

I understand that the video recordings that are made available of this training are for my individual use only, and I will not share them with anyone outside the training group, or share the content with AI without permission in writing to do so.

Medical Disclaimer and Wellbeing:

This program is for educational purposes only and is not a substitute for diagnosis or treatment from a qualified professional. We recommend consulting your healthcare provider before making changes to your health regimen. Each participant is responsible for their own wellbeing.

Balance of Payment:

If I am paying less than the full tuition amount today, I understand that the remainder of my tuition will be due 1 week prior to the training. Andreas NLP will send out a reminder email about a week in advance letting me know how to make the final payment online.
